Background-check policy
Every engineer completes a criminal background check, employment verification, and a drug test prior to being placed on the roster — not per-placement, before roster eligibility.
Engineer compliance posture
Engineers matched to finance-sector roles carry sector-relevant certifications (see Financial Services & Fintech and Roles). Our internal handling practices are SOC 2-aligned.
