The house rule
If a claim cannot be measured, we do not make it. Checkable means: a primary source, a published procedure, or a record you can hold before you decide. Adjectives are not evidence.
calibre° (SVC/01) is the first active service under that rule — certified engineers with credentials verified at the source. Other instruments remain in calibration until they meet the same standard.
